Having trouble deciphering the nine constitutional Amendments that will be on the November Ballot? Worry no more. With us in September, Michael Kahn, Esq. will decode and clarify what we don’t understand, so we can vote with confidence.

You shouldn’t have a problem with Amendment 2. A new Quinnipiac Poll just released shows the Florida Marriage Protection Amendment at 58% acceptance statewide. We need the amendment to pass by two more points, or a 60% vote on November 4, 2008. Florida Governor Charlie Crist reaffirmed his support for the Florida Marriage Protection Amendment to define marriage as the union of one man and one woman. Governor Crist joins dozens of other federal and state elected officials who support the common sense of having the people and not judges define marriage in Florida.

Over 401 leaders have endorsed the Yes2Marriage.org campaign effort in support of Amendment 2 and will vote “yes on 2” November 4, 2008. Among the other Florida elected officials endorsing Amendment 2 include U.S. Senator Mel Martinez, Attorney General Bill McCollum, seven Congressmen, eleven State Senators and dozens of State Representatives in the Florida House.
