Guest Speaker: Glen Chancy is originally from Southern Georgia. He graduated from University of Florida in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History, with a concentration in Eastern European Studies. His capstone project for his certification was on the influence of Pan-Slavism in the wars of liberation against the Turks. Glen’s focus on the Balkans gave him a unique perspective on the influence of Islam and Jihad on European and world history.
